Use CIDR notation, such as 2001:db8::/64, or a dotted IPv4 netmask.
Enter an IPv4 or IPv6 address with a CIDR prefix. IPv4 also accepts a dotted netmask, for example 192.168.1.10 255.255.255.0.
The first and last addresses include the network and broadcast addresses. IPv6 does not use broadcast addresses, so the calculator shows its inclusive range instead.
